If you want to switch between realtime and digest, please use this form. Digest is not currently working with AOL...so if you use AOL, either select realtime or use a hotmail account to receive the digest.
Switching is just like unsubbing from one list and then subbing to another one. You'll get an unsub confirmation and then a new subscription notification, along with a couple of confirmation responses from the list server.
